To make the problem-solving process easier, please always contain your usernames, and if you have issues regarding the payment process, please inform us specifically about it (date, type of the subscription, id of the transaction).
Note, that the answer to our support can take up to 48 hours or two workdays, so we can not fulfill every request immediately, although we are trying our best to do so.
